2. Obligations of the Daybetes website – Nurse Inês Parro Sousa
2.1 Clearly and fully inform users about the characteristics and specifications of the digital products and online services available for sale in an honest and transparent manner. (For example: duration, number of sessions, and which products are included).
2.2 Conduct sessions at the date and time agreed upon with the user, except in the event of any special circumstances that prevent it. (For example: illness, family emergency, lack of internet access, etc.)
2.3 Protect and do not disclose any information about the user’s health, physical characteristics, images, or audio to third parties.
2.4 The Daybetes website and Nurse Inês Parro Sousa will not record any type of audio or video during the sessions of the online services.
2.5 Respond promptly to chat services sold as part of online services (such as WhatsApp and Telegram).
2.6 Allow the user to cancel any recurring payment, with the current subscription, if any, valid until the expiration date.”
